Warranty Policy:
Oleria Inc. covers parts for 90 days and does not cover parts (including batteries) that have been damaged by unreasonable use, neglect, accident, abuse, misuse, improper service, improper installation, modification, and/or other causes not arising from defects in materials or workmanship. Oleria Inc. will replace parts at its discretion as covered under our return manufacture defect policy. Oleria Inc. is excluded from any liability whether under warranty or implied under law for any indirect or consequential damages for breach of warranty.

Return Policy:
Client may return an item in its ORIGINAL UN-USED UN-ASSEMBLED CONDITION & ORIGINAL PACKAGING for a full credit within 14 days of the purchase date. A repackaging fee of 10% may apply. Customer must call for return instructions and Return Authorization. Shipping & Handling charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error or the item is damaged. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. After a return is received, credit will take 2-4 weeks to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable & customer pays return freight.

Some general tips are:
Do not over-tighten wheel nuts during assembly, Some free play in the wheels is acceptable.
Check the item thoroughly before use to ensure all fittings are not loose and safe.
Charge the batteries in between uses.
Always store batteries on full charge.
To avoid mis-connections, always connect charger to batteries before plugging into AC outlet.
Never leave the batteries on charge for more than 8 hours.
Always power off the toy and disconnect the battery once you have finished using the item.
Always lift the drive wheels off the ground to move the item without its own power.
Do not use in sand, mud or water.
If driver runs into an obstacle, he/she should not continue pressing accelerator.Switch to reverse gear and back away
Always bring car to a full stop before switching from “Forward” to “Reverse” gear.
